Below are the shipping charges and delivery times (excluding public holidays):

Most metropolitan deliveries will arrive within 3-6 business days. For regional deliveries please allow 3-12 business days.
Most metropolitan deliveries will arrive the next day when the order is received prior to midday AEST, on business days. For regional deliveries please allow an extra 3-6 business days.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. In the case that no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left with your local Australia Post outlet details.
Pfenix & Mach’s online store ships within Australia only, however please email us at email@example.com if you really love our garments, and you live outside of Australia. We want to look after all our followers, and we look forward to shipping outside of Australia in the future.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or you have any questions relating to your order or delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders placed before midday will be despatched the same day, and orders placed after midday will be despatched the following day. Tracking information will be available via a despatch email notification. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will usually be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.
